Make more consistent the behaviour when switching focus of comment box (currently shows/hide buttons when scrolling down and up)

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
During the switching focus on reply form control elements are always shows/hides. It’s really unusable and often leads to unexpected reactions.

Steps to reproduce:
Change focus between reply form and other window.

Browser version:
Chrome, Version 89.0.4389.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Hi @Artem_Usov, welcome to the Asana Community Forum! This is currently not a bug but expected behaviour. The buttons and text format options in the comment box will hide or show depending if you scroll down or up. I’ve gone ahead and move your post to the #productfeedback category so we can consider making this behaviour more consistent in the future. Thanks for your feedback!
