Make Approval tasks available on Starter plans

With task types being available for Starter plans and above, it makes little sense to have Approval task types available on Advanced plans and above.

Users on Starter plans can essentially create their own Approval task types, so why not just make the native Approval task types available to them anyway? :man_shrugging:

A custom task type certainly feels more advanced than an approval.
