Lost my profile

Hi, while I was trying to downgrade my profile because my free trial ended and there was this pop-up saying “Your free trial has ended”, that wouldn’t let me see the profile setting, I accidentally lost my profile, and I don’t have access to it anymore.

Is it possible to recover my profile and continue with the free plan?
