I have a team of 4 people. They typically manage ~8 projects at a time with various stop and start dates for each project. Looking for a recommendation for a report that would help me predict the bandwidth of each person.
What version of Asana are you in? If you’ve got Portfolios, this is how I manage workload. You can add the active projects for your team into a portfolio and get a bandwidth view as well as can expand into a view that shows the specific tasks due.
You can also assign a numerical “effort” to items or projects to help quantify bandwidth if needed. Honestly, I don’t do this, and still find the portfolio function useful.
