Issues on iOS app with ‘inbox arranged by relevance’

I wondered if there was a thread suggesting a toggle to opt out of beta testing anywhere?

The new ‘inbox arranged by relevance’ is driving a few of us senior team mad & causing issues with workflow. I raised a ticket but support said it wasn’t currently possible.

Hi, I have the choice to sort on Newest or Relevance (while relevance is marked as BETA). Do you not have this option?

Sure @Richard_Sather - screen shot attached from my boss who highlighted it.
I have actually turned off AI permissions in the admin console which seems to have got rid of the whole thing as an interim workaround.

Ah, well at least the screenshot clarifies it’s in the iOS mobile app which would be good to have mentioned. :sweat_smile:

Have you tried the ... in the top right corner? Do you see option to change to Newest?

I’m on the Android app which has an up/down arrow button next to the ... icon but I don’t see it in your iOS app. Is that normal or is the issue that the arrows are now gone?

Hey folks, this thread morphed from its original title about opting out into a discussion of @Mel2’s specific issue - which is not at all a bad thing to have happened IMO. But I did update the title to be more relevant and moved it to Tips and Tricks.

@Mel2 I don’t know that there is an existing request to be able to opt out of mobile betas, so feel free to create that request if you would like to, while we work on your specific issue here in this thread.
