# Issue joining Asana

Hi,

I’ve got a new team member and have invited them to join ASANA. When they try to set themselves up, they get an error saying “this appears to be a web address” when they enter their email address and they cannot proceed. I’ve googled and not found any information on this error. I was wondering if someone can hep.
