Is there any notification sent to team members before each deadline of a task?

Hello,

I usually use Microsoft PM, a friend of mine recommended ASANA to me. So I registered and started my project on it it doesn’t look that I master it in few hours but the problem I am asking about , does my team members receive notification emails or any sort of notifications before each deadline like what Microsoft and outlook do?
