Is it possible to make Custom fields wider?

I use custom fields (drop down) the problem is that the width is very small and i cant really see my options written in full. How can i change that?

There’s no official way to change the width of custom field columns.

While I haven’t tried it myself, if you’re using Chrome you might want to try this custom Asana style that a user created, which widens custom fields among other things:
