Having trouble logging into the mobile app. It doesn’t let me sign in. Eternal spinning circle. Could it be caused by a VPN?
I uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app. It works on wifi but doesn’t work out of office on LTE.
Is it a known issue?

When wi-fi is on with VPN, it works. Turn off wi-fi and use only LTE, the app doesn’t load anything.
Turned VPN off while Wi-Fi off and LTE on. It now loads.
Very strange behaviour?
Really need it to work with LTE+VPN.

Does this mean that iOS mobile just does not work with VPN on LTE?
You can shut down your VPN and then run the app on LTE. Or you can try to use TunesKit iOS System Recovery to fix it. It helps me a lot with so many iOS issues.
I am experiencing a similar problem. My login works fine HOWEVER,
Asana will update over WIFI just fine but NO uploads happen when sending data over a cellular network.
No VPN installed. All permissions for mobile data usage enabled. Email, internet, and other web based apps work fine.
When I setup a mobile hot spot from another device and connect my phone uploads via Wifi through the other mobile device… BUT won’t work if I have only my phone on Cellular data.

I am using on a trial basis the Asana MacOS app. Everything works fine, unless I am connected to my university’s VPN. Then I get an endlessly loading page. When I go here (https://connectivity-test.asana.com), to test the WebSocket connection, it gives me an error (“WebSocket connection: Closed before probe completed, code: 1006 (), after 162202ms.”), after trying to connect for awhile.
Is there a simple configuration I can make to my VPN to permit a connection? What am I missing?
