Can you please try to manually log in instead of using the google account and let me know if you are able to log in?

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the App?
If this doesn’t help please try log in using the following instructions:
- Enter your username only (not sign in by Google)
- Click Continue with Email
- Manually enter your credentials
If you are still unable to log in I would recommend to contact our Support Team who will be able to take a closer look into this for you.
When you do, make sure to provide them with the following information:
- the URL of this thread to explain you have already followed these steps.
- The screenshot of the error you are getting
- The version of IOS and what version of the Asana app you’re using
