Invite existing Asana users from other Organizations/Workspaces to Project without requiring them to toggle between

We are an agency collaborating with multiple different clients and contractors. Many of those clients and contractors are already existing Asana users in other Workspaces. Currently, when any type of guest is invited to a Project it requires that this guest be apart of our Asana organization either as a LAM or user. This also means that we have to frequently toggle between organizations just to gain access to a different project which is cumbersome and clunky. It would ideal if you are invited to a project, you can access it with your primary Asana login so that all projects you have access to are visible in your account.

Is there any kind fo workaround that exists for this?

Hi @Anna_Trent, welcome to the Asana Community Forum and thanks for your feedback! It’s currently not possible to see all projects or tasks assigned to you across different Organizations in one place within Asana. You can upvote for this request here: How to contact our Support Team ✉

In the meantime, you can try using the Taco and Asana integration: Taco + Asana integration: prioritize all your tasks • Asana

Hope this helps!

@Emily_Roman I think you might have accidentally added the wrong link for upvoting for the request, it just takes you to the support team contact page. Thanks!
