Just started the course! :nerd_face: My company is under Asana Business it seems Asana Business is a grandfathered plan… I can’t seem to find any official information on it on the Asana Pricing | Personal, Starter, Advanced, & Enterprise plans • Asana page but so far, l am enjoying the course and the resources it provides. One question comes to mind; would Asana Business users have access to the AI Studio basic features?

In my environment there seems to be some discrepancy

When I click on the “Try for free” button it says to “Upgrade to Asana AI with Asana Advanced” Is this a free feature that can be enabled, or do we have to upgrade?

@Levar_M,

You’re correct; Business is one of the legacy plans, and the nearest current plan would be Advanced, and you’d need that or one of the Enterprise plans in order to use AI Studio.

There are consequences to switching plans so you should review the posts here in the Forum on that topic and reach out to Sales and ask them your questions. You should also expect to pay an additional fee for AI Studio because the allocation of free credits is very limited and may not even cover testing new workflows.

Thanks,

Larry

I found it very helpful, especially the recommendation to add structured or unstructured comments. During team meetings, I often share my screen on complex projects with numerous tasks and ask AI to “List the status and issues for all outstanding tasks in the @tprojectname.” It works great and saves a lot of time by avoiding the need to open and review each task individually.

Oh, I’m getting ALL of the certifications for sure. :wink:

@Emily_Roman As I have both a work and an independant account I’m wondering if it is possible to add certifications and ambassador status to multiple accounts?
