Hi. I recently started using Asana on my smartphone. I have a question: how long is the information about completed projects stored? And is it possible to store it separately from those in progress?
The information is stored forever (unless you choose to delete the project and the tasks within).
You can “Archive” a project when it’s complete or just to segregate it because it’s not as important to you. It’s no longer listed among the regular (non-archived) projects in the Team’s project list, but easily accessible by viewing the Team’s archived projects.
