Inactive task (notification once task is in a section for 3 days)

Hi!

I’d like to have notification (for example comment) once a task is in a specific section for a 3 days.
Due date is not going to be helpful, we’re using it for something else but I have created a custom field “date of entry to a section” and rule that fills this field once task is moved to a section.
I cannot create a rule to write a comment once there is 3 days after “date of entry”.

Can you help?

Yes, @Aleksandra_B, you can accomplish this using a rule in our Flowsana integration. It allows you to build a rule trigger like this (in this example, Submission Date is a date-type custom field, like your Date of Entry):
