In results of search bars, need the ability to differentiate projects by displaying their portfolio name

I use Asana to manage software development activities.
I have multiple portfolios to Export data to a certain data format.
Each portfolio contains multiple projects, for each dataset to be exported.

Portfolio 1 is named: Export to CSV

  • Project 1.1 is named: Export A
  • Project 1.2 is named: Export B

Portfolio 2 is named: Export to Excel

  • Project 2.1 is named: Export A
  • Project 122 is named: Export B

When searching for projects, I can’t differentiate projects with a similar name, because I don’t to know which portfolio the belong to.

e.g. search for ‘Export A’ shows:
[colored icon] Export A [team name]
[colored icon] Export A [team name]

When I need to move a task from a project to another, I can’t tell which project is which.

Workaround:
I have to add a portfolio ‘tag’ in each of its subprojects:
Portfolio 1 is named: Export to CSV

  • Project 1.1 is named: Export A (csv)
  • Project 1.2 is named: Export B (csv)

When you have list of 20 subprojects inside 20 portfolios, that’s a lot of work.

Idea:
What about displaying the portfolio name in the search result.

e.g. search for ‘Export A’ shows:
[colored icon] Export A Export to CSV [team name]
[colored icon] Export A Export to CSV [team name]
