I think it would be great if a yellow dot would appear next to a project if activity recently took place on it (see attached mockup). Similar to the inbox notifications, that popup, but when all the inbox notifications are grouped together it’s sometimes hard to keep track of which project is what.
As a workaround: there is a method to filter for items that have been recently modified using Advanced Search
Either way, it would be great to have a visual indicator of how “hot” a task is based on the time elapsed since it was last modified. The Inbox is a way to “pivot” out tasks that have been recently changed. Our practice includes archiving an inbox item after it has been resolved, so it gets sent to the archive pile. It would be great to have some indicator in List or Board view that tasks are flagged in our inboxes.
Hello @Sivon_Pichoto welcome to the Asana Community Forum
I agree this would be helpful, though when you have a lot of projects with many tasks this would also be a lot of work for the manual checking and switching projects.
In my opinion further filtering of the inbox might be the most efficient.
