Many of the Admin Controls, such as editing Member profiles, are not available for those that are on a division license within a larger organization.
Thanks for sharing this feedback @LEGGO! It is true that divisions are often not supported when we first launch a new feature but let’s hope we can implement them for divisions in the near future!
