Impossible to configure Asana Chat bot in Google Chat

Hello folks,

I’d like to use Asana chatbot in G Chat. I created a room, added the chatbot

Then I tried to configure it

But I always get this message :

I tried many time, at intervals of several days.

We have a Business licence for Asana.

Any ideas ?
