I'm unable to upload Microsoft files in the app or browser

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing: For weeks I’ve been unable to upload files in the app or browser and am receiving a “Failed to attach” error. Files are Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, ranging in size from 50 KB to 10 MB; png, jpg and pdf upload fine.

Steps to reproduce: Drag and drop files from desktop or folder to Asana app or Asana web experience.

Browser version: Chrome, Version 84.0.4147.89
