I don't receive the verification emails for adding email address

I’m sorry to hear you’re running into trouble here. Unfortunately, this is not something we can resolve via the Forum since we need access to your account and private info that cant’ be shared publicly.
But don’t worry, our support team will definitely be able to assist you with this issue. When reaching out to them, make sure to provide them with a screenshot of the “Email forwarding” tab (see example below) within your profile settings, it will help speed up investigations!
