I can’t access to my attached files, I get the following error: asana-user-private-us-east-1.s3.amazonaws.com.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

How can I solve it?

Are you having the same problem when logging with another browser? I would also recommend to try logging from a private/incognito window.

My organization is having the same issue, We can not attach or view attachments company wide. When will this be resolved?

Ours had been acting up since Midday yesterday and is still not working.

Was something been done about that? I’m still not having the access.

have the same error…already wrote to the support. need to go on with work…how was it solved last time? what is the reason for? don´t know if that belongs together, but we downloaded the app for mobile and since it seems did not work anymore.
