Hi,
I have a problem where I have lost access to a really important project. It says I cant access it as I have a custom field on it and I need to upgrade. However, it wont let me remove this. I thought by upgrading my plan using the free trial, I could remove the field and revert back to basic. But this also didn’t work. Its like the custom field cannot be deleted at all. I can even add new custom fields and remove them but I cannot add the one that is there now.
To compound things - support@asana.com is no longer supported. The AI Chatbot gets me to the speaking to an agent stage and then says an unexpected error occurred and starts again. If I try to login to the help center, I get a salesforce error telling me an authentication error occurred. This is my final roll of the dice, how can I speak to someone to resolve this? I am a long time Asana user and I am almost certain this is a bug and not user error.
