I am unable to chat with customer support or submit a ticket.

I am experiencing being stuck in a loop and I am unable to contact customer support. I was billed for a year of premium and then notified I was on a trial which has ended and no one on my team can access even though we already paid for the year. What is the email to submit a support ticket to this company?
