How to use templates in a Workspace I was invited to

Hi!

So, I was invited to a free workspace to manage projects in this new space but I’ve noticed that I can’t use templates there. In my free personal workspace, whenever I create a new project, I am always asked if I want to use a template or start a blank project. But when I create projects in the workspace I was invited to, it NEVER gives me that option. Which could be really useful since we could use templates like the “bug tracking” one that has priority fields which are not available to add on blank projects in the free version.

What should I do??? PLEASE tell me there’s a way to use templates there too :frowning:

This is definitely strange, you should be able to use templates in the Workspace. I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team with the URL link to the Workspace and screencast showing that templates are not offered when creating a new project.
