I would like to know how others are setting up goals for a large company. We have corporate goals but then we also have regional companies and subsidiary companies. Should all these be set up at the company level? How would we distinguish between a corporate goal and regional goal?
I suspect you’d likely want to use Company Goals and Subgoals, and some naming conventions, but it would depend on the nature and number of your goals and how you intend to use them and what you most want to get out of them.
