It seems that some teammates are forgetting to complete recurring tasks because they are not being notified via email of the recurring tasks.
For example, if a task is due the 15th of each month, and they complete the November task, they are not notified of the December task due on the 15th, so it’s forgotten about.
Is there a way to set up email notifications for recurring tasks so that you will be alerted when a recurring task is due? In the example above, is it possible to be notified on the 14th of every month that a task is due the next day on the 15th?
