How to prioritize tasks when sorted by due date?

I’m a big user of tasks sorted by due date, but Asana doesn’t allow me to prioritize them within a given day. I have tens of tasks for one day, but would like just to ordem them by importance so that I don’t have to keep going up and down to see what are the important tasks I need to do first or have the risk of forgetting one or not having enough time because it was way down on the list.

The thing is, Asana doesn’t let me move the tasks up and down when it’s sorted by due date.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!

Hi Rafael,

Alas…

However, I do recommend that you experiment with advanced search. There is a lot of unique searching and sorting you can do if you play around with advanced search settings.

Thank, Alexis!

Really wanted to just do this simply, but I’ll give it a try.

I want this too. I use the calendar view for My Tasks and it’s a pain that I can’t arrange the tasks within a day in a particular order. I don’t want to see “do groceries” at the top and “finish important project for client” at the bottom.
