Our CEO requests a weekly update from each team member as to the 5 or so top things accomplished this week and the main focus for the upcoming week. Two things: 1. need to be able to give this to him in a consolidated report 2. What would the suggestions be for team members to manage their workflow during the week so this is automated on their end.

I would recommend using the project status update feature. You can build your update using blocks which you could name “This week achievements” and “Focus for this week” for example. And you can drag and drop tasks and milestones from the highlight section to illustrate your update!
