No. Deliverables should never have more than one owner. You can add multiple collaborators.

If the task is large enough to have two people working on it, consider parsing that work out into other tasks or subtasks and assign accordingly.

A task has only one assignee in Asana due to DRI (google “directly responsible individual”) but there are workarounds.
