How to add project description to list view?

I feel like I’ve done this before, but now I can’t replicate it. Is it possible to add a field at the top of list view with the project description?

It is not currently possible to add a description to the top of a list view. The Overview tab is the designated place for this information.

Another option would be to create a first Section named Project Description and house a task there with the information.
