How do I update my email address as an administrator?
Update: I did find this article and followed the instructions, the problem is, I’m not receiving the email from Asana that I want to update. (Yes I checked my Spam)

Sorry for the trouble here, that does seem strange! Just to confirm, have you checked the mailbox linked to the new address you’re adding?
If you’ve checked the correct mailbox and couldn’t find the verification email, simply reach out to our support team; they will be able to manually add this new address for you! And of course, if there is anything else we can help you with, let us know, we’ll be more than happy to help!
