How do I share my calendar with my administrative assistant?


My assistant books all my appointments but currently she can’t view my calendar. How do I give her “permission” within Asana to do this?



if you mean the Asana calendar, this is the solution.

  1. You make sure she can see all the tasks/projects she needs too.
    Find here how to:

  2. She can go to your My task overview

  3. She clicks on Calendar in the top middle bar

Voila, she will see all your tasks in the calendar view.
