How do I setup alerts, rules/filters and things?

We have certain SLAs to meet for customers. e.g. response time 2 hours.

So when a customer adds a new task for us, how can I get an alert if no one replies to that in 2 hours?

I would ideally like to setup other rules too, but cant see anywhere to do it. Is it in the paid version because I am happy to upgrade for that. Systems like this normally have these sort of features.

Hi @Laurence_Cope. Unfortunately Asana doesn’t have that aleet/rules functionality in it. You maybe able to use an integration with another app to enablw alerting.
