I have a project with multiple tasks spread throughout the year and they don’t fit to be seen all at once. I would like to be able to either export it to a format that can allow me the view or to be simply printed out so that we can take a look at the whole year in once glimpse. How to do that?
InstaGantt works with Asana and provides a lot more flexibility in displaying Gantt-type views. Once you get it set up, your Gantt view can be permanently available, and will update automatically based on changes in Asana.
Of course, you can always export the project as a CSV and then use a variety of programs to display it, however you like. The downside there is that you will be repeatedly downloading changed versions and recreating those views.
