How do I ensure my team are getting notifications on tasks they are assigned to?

Hi,

I am using Unito to sync between Jira and Asana which means that I am unable to @mention my team members in comments. How can I ensure they are notified of my comments on tasks even when they are not tagged?

Unito does actually support @mention syncing! Here are the docs: How to Sync User @Mentions and get Notifications From the Right Tool

It’s an early feature and not all tools are supported yet. I’ll check with the team tomorrow where Asana support is at, but do ping them directly with the in-app chat. They listen to customers more than they listen to me :wink:
