My team member mistakenly invited a guest who belongs to a client’s team (A) into a task which is included in a project of another client’s team (B). This is a security problem for us and this is second time. I wish Asana would ask us “Are you sure?” prompt when we invite someone who belongs to another team.
Are there any tips to prevent the human error like this?
