How can I get a refund for auto-renewed account?

Hello, I was testing Asana and forgot to remove my credit card , now it is renewed and I am charged with 375$.

I really need these money and cannot afford to use the feature now, I was charged today.

Trying to find a way to contact with support but with no success.

What can I do in that case?

I need this exact same help! I have been refused a refund even though I thought I had removed the business feature. I am told no one will work with me on this, that policy is policy. I need the $119 too. I have four children, both my husband and I work, and every dollar is important. PLEASE HELP ME.
