We have a former employee who is the owner/Admin for several projects, and the other folks who worked with her are only project members/editors. She also had a personal team just for herself and saved several projects to that team. Now that she’s no longer an employee, I’m nervous to deprovision her because I want to keep those projects intact as they’re still ongoing with the rest of the project members. Specifically, I’d like to reassign ownership of those projects to current employees, and move any projects out of her personal team to more appropriate teams.
Hi @Sarah_Conner-Brown your Administrator will need to contact support with the list of projects and URL’s they need Admin rights to. Once that has been granted, they will be able to reassign ownership.

Any idea how to see a list of their projects? Or do you think something like “all projects that have X as Owner should be reassigned to Y” could work for support?
@Sarah_Conner-Brown if you click on the search bar, select Projects, then Owner and select their name, it will give you a list of their projects. If you are not the Administrator for your Org, you will only see teams and projects that you currently have access to though. I do believe support will need the URL to each project.
Thank you for the detail. I’m a Super Admin for my Org, but it looks like I’m still only seeing search results for which I have access. I’ll give what I can to support. Hopefully they can help me if she has anything else. This gets me started at least! thank you.
