Hide due date, assignee on asana tasks

Hi Everyone,
Even though I have disabled both fields from the customizer - I still see them on tasks. Is there any way possible to remove these from showing up on tasks?
If not can I at least get to edit them - which I can’t do right now?

At this time, it is not possible to hide the Assignee or Due Date from the task pane. You can hide these fields when in List view but not from the task.
