Helpdesk use case - control access to task created by form

Using Asana as ITHelpdesk - I have reviewed the template, the example, case study and the blog post related to using Asana as an IT Helpdesk (see links below) and Asana support has confirmed that there is currently no way to secure the requests they create but still let users know what is happening. Specifically, if I give employees access to the custom helpdesk form and they enter a request, I can’t let them access/update their request without giving them access to everyone’s requests at the same time. There can be sensitive information in a helpdesk request that is not appropriate for everyone to see.
