Each team member has a correct domain name and they are getting the email notifications to join the team. However both are receiving a “Oops, we couldn’t sign you up! We tried, but there was a problem creating your account. Please close this window and try again.” They get this error message from both a created link and a direct invite.

Maybe it was a temporary error, try to remove the invite and send a new one.
Another thing you can try is have them create an account directly and then to accept the invite, this has worked for a team member in the past.
In case nothing works and the error persist I recommend reaching out to support.
