Guest Comments are not showing in project

We have a situation where

A Guest is part of our project as a Comment only
A notification received into inbox that guest commented
We can not find this comment in the Project at all.
The guest is not part of any other project. The project is set up as Team (Customer) Project public to Team and Guest is added to Project as Comment only.

Can anyone give some tips on

  1. how we can find the messages - as this is critical to be able to respond to clients comments
  2. if the above is not ideal… how we can make this collaboration better.

Hi @Erika_Entz, thanks for reaching out! let’s try to investigate further! The notification you receive in your inbox should have a link to the task where they added a comment. Could you send a screenshot of the notification you received? You can hide any personal information from the screenshot.
