It would be helpful for two units in the same license (enterprise, etc.) to turn of/on the AI and AI studio independently. Right now, both units have it either on or off.
Hey @Beth_Williams,
Welcome to the forum, and thanks for sharing your idea!
Quick question: What do you mean by unit? (Using Asana’s terminology makes it easier to understand.)
Also, don’t forget to vote for your own feedback. ![]()
Hi @Jan-Rienk Hemminga via Asana Forum
We have two business units – our Center and another unit of the law school. (Development). We are both part of the SMU law school and are both in the Advanced Division. Let me know if I need to give more information.
Beth
Hello,
Beth means that our overarching business is under one Asana organization using the same email domain. Within the Asana organization, our departments/units are broken into teams. We have some teams that want to turn on AI Studio, and some that do not. There doesn’t seem to be a way to do that currently.
@Beth_Williams @Jessica_Norris divisions and teams both have distinct meaning in Asana.
I’ve updated the title replacing unit with team. If you meant division instead please update the title or let me know.
I know Asana is considering improvements in this area, but at this point I’m not at liberty to share specifics.
Thank you for the update.
