Google Sheets Canvas no longer works in Embed tabs.
A Google Sheets Canvas worked inside an Asana Embedded Media project tab yesterday, but today the same Canvas displays: “Canvas tabs are not supported in embedded sites.” Regular Sheet tabs still work.
I was testing Asana’s new Embed tab type with Google Sheets (this works great! love it!)
I created a Gemini Canvas within one of the Sheets and, initially, the Canvas worked directly inside Asana. It was a really promising way to create a custom interface over Sheet data without leaving the project.
Today:

Regular Google Sheet tabs still load normally.

The Canvas tab no longer loads.

Instead it says: “Canvas tabs are not supported in embedded sites.”

Nothing changed in my Asana setup or the embedded URL.
Has anyone else tested Google Sheets Canvas in Embed Tabs and seen this?
Has anyone tried any work-arounds?
