We have goals that are currently owned by a former employee that we would like to remove; however, none of our Asana admins can delete or change the goal owner. The original owner no longer has an active membership on our plan. Is there any way we can remove either the goal owner or the goal itself?
I’m afraid you’ll have to contact Asana Support and have them do this on your behalf. You may need the person contacting them to be either a Billing Owner, Admin or Super Admin of Asana. See How to contact our Support Team.
