I would have preferred the behavior to change rather than the text, but that makes it clear, thanks :wink:

To add more of my feeling on that topic, I think, the current behavior remains a bit of a “inconsistency”, where, you can’t give bulk admin rights to projects (via the portfolio sharing), but you need admin rights to bulk invite people to projects. :person_shrugging:‍

I have a client with 600 projects, that’s already the 3rd time we need the Asana Support to share the 600 projects to new users (project admins) (providing a .CSV file to Asana).

I would love a direction of the Product where we would…

  • be able to bulk invite users when you have only edit rights on projects
  • or be able to give bulk admin rights to projects
