In the age of AI, you HAVE to have this feature. It’s unworkable to paste answers from AI agents into tickets and then have to reformat them. Your API chokes on incoming markdown. You have enough AI intelligence to avoid customer support with a chatbot. Let’s get with the program of 2026.
It’s really frustrating that Claude is messing up formatting all the time through the official Asana MCP because the lack of proper markdown support.
