Even as a Super Admin, it appears that the “Export CSV” is not exporting certain basic information. I’m wondering if I’m just missing something, or if there’s a way around this that Admins for ANY level of license should have available to them.
For example, users of “Removed” type are not exported – so no way to double check against an off-boarding list.
Or not all the fields are exported – such as Job Title or About Me.
And, does Asana really not have some sort of immutable user ID for each user? That would be extremely useful to have when matching up exports/updates of exports.
Any workarounds anyone know of? Or please tell me if I’m missing something.
