can i no longer change user names in ASANA must we upgrade to starter?
A user can still change their own username on free plan, but you can’t change other people’s without the admin console I believe (which is available on Starter upwards). Assume due to security and governance, as the admin console provides a more compliant way to do this.
You could ask the specific user on the free plan to change their own name as they then grant that permission as they would be doing it themselves, you wouldn’t be able to do this for security reasons anyway.
