Hi, I’m working on a form for the first time. I have a Multi-Select question with 3 options, and I want to create a “Please provide more detail” follow up question that appears if any of the options are selected. Currently, my solution is to have each option branch out to a separate “Please provide more detail” follow-up. However, if someone chooses 2+ options, then the follow-up gets repeated, like this: ![](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/asana/original/3X/a/5/a51a4f6b14ff0b10aaadf496f325fe9ec1a419de.png) Is there a way to have the follow-up question appear once, if 1 or more options get chosen? And I don’t want to just put the follow-up question as its own question after the first one, because it might not apply. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you! ---
